Georgie (Parenting Support – ADHD, Tourette's Syndrome and Autism)
I would definitely recommend working with Natasha. She has been so supportive to me and my daughter and has made a real difference in our lives. Her kindness, respect, and passion for all things neurodiverse shine through. Natasha has helped me understand my daughter’s diagnosis, given me new ways to support her, and provided tools that make me a calmer, more confident parent. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Barbara (Coaching support for ADHD in adulthood)
I highly recommend working with Natasha at Flourish With Neurodiversity. Natasha has coached me for a long time now, and her understanding and expertise have helped me move forward in both my business and personal life. We have worked hard on time management, procrastination, motivation, learning how to prioritize, and practicing self-acceptance. Our partnership means the world to me.

Dan (Support for late diagnosed ADHD)
I highly recommend working with Natasha. I came to her as I was struggling in different areas of life such as organisation and procrastination and feeling overwhelmed because of ADHD. She had a great understanding of symptoms and knowledge, and even after the first call session I could see a change by following the advice she had given. I look forward to future sessions. Natasha is a great help if you are struggling.

Not at all. Coaching and/or consulting is available to anyone who feels they need support—whether you are diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring neurodivergence. This includes adults, parents, children or those seeking better understanding for themselves or their children. I am unable to diagnose but can recommend professionals who can.
Specialist Neurodiversity Coaching is a unique blend of coaching and consulting to offer a comprehensive, personalised service.
Here’s what to expect:
● We begin with an initial consultation to understand your situation, goals, and support needs.
● Sessions are held via Zoom, last 50 minutes, and are entirely bespoke—there is no one-size-fits-all programme.
● Depending on your goals, sessions may include:
○ Psychoeducation about neurodivergence, how your conditions interlink and influence one another and related challenges
○ Identifying strengths and values
○ Creating and working toward achievable goals
○ Developing bespoke strategies and accommodations for daily life, work, or parenting
○ Emotional support and empowerment ○ Support for parents of neurodivergent children
○ Support to identify workplace and school accommodations
○ Assessment of sensory differences, triggers and providing strategies.
While both coaching and therapy are supportive services, they serve different purposes and approaches. My neurodiversity coaching offers a bespoke, integrative service that is tailored specifically to you or your child’s unique needs, neurotype, and life context.
In our sessions, I use core coaching skills—such as asking open, reflective questions and helping you explore your goals—to empower you to move forward with confidence. But my approach goes beyond traditional coaching.
I also bring in elements of consulting and psychoeducation, helping you understand your neurotype, how different neurodivergent conditions (like ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, and more) intersect, and how these may affect your daily life. We work together to identify and experiment with bespoke strategies that suit your unique brain. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all advice; instead, we collaborate to find what truly works for you, based on your lived experience.
I take a whole-person approach by considering your sensory system, emotional regulation, environment, and the specific ways your brain processes information. The sensory system, in particular, is often overlooked in support services, and yet it's a vital part of managing neurodivergent needs. Additionally, I support parents and caregivers in understanding their neurodivergent children.
This includes guidance around school accommodations, ideas for workplace support, insights into the diagnostic process, and signposting to relevant community resources. Many of my clients come to me after receiving a diagnosis (or while seeking one), often feeling left with little more than a label and perhaps a medication—without real understanding, education, or tools to navigate their lives.
This is where my coaching/consulting fills a crucial gap. I help bridge the space between diagnosis and sustainable support—offering a safe space for exploration, learning, and growth that’s grounded in lived experience and professional knowledge. The key difference between coaching and therapy lies in scope and focus.
Therapy is typically led by a licensed mental health professional and may involve diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, processing past trauma, or addressing emotional disorders.
Common types of therapy for neurodivergence include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Therapy (SLT), and psychotherapy tailored for autism or ADHD. As a coach and consultant, I do not diagnose or prescribe medication, nor do I treat mental health conditions. Instead, I focus on helping you understand yourself better, develop personalised strategies, and work toward goals in a way that is empowering, practical, and deeply affirming of your neurodivergent identity.
There’s no formal homework, but reflection and application are important parts of the process.
You may find it helpful to:
● Try out strategies discussed in the session
● Notice what works or doesn’t in your daily routine
● Bring reflections or questions to the next session
This helps us refine and personalise your support even more
● There may be resources and workbooks I recommend for you to look at or complete, again this is entirely up to you as to whether you want the additional resources.
My coaching is designed to be as accessible and neurodivergent-affirming as possible.
You’re welcome to request:
● Cameras off during sessions
● Breaks during or between sessions
● Visual aids or session summaries
● Questions phrased in a certain way or extra processing time Just let me know what you need—your comfort and access matter.
I work with people who identify with or are exploring:
● Autism
● ADHD
● Tourette’s Syndrome
● Sensory Processing Differences
● Dyspraxia (DCD)
● Co-occurring or overlapping neurotypes
Even if you don’t quite know where you fit, we can explore that together.
The frequency is flexible. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, others choose fortnightly or ad-hoc support. We’ll discuss what works best for your needs, energy levels, and goals.
No, I work with clients internationally, provided we can find a time zone that suits us both. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, so you can attend from wherever you feel most comfortable.
If you’re unsure whether coaching is right for you, feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs. There’s no pressure, just a safe space to explore what would help you feel supported
