Initial Consultation (£100)
Coaching begins with a 60-90-minute virtual Initial Consultation Session dependant on your individual needs, via zoom.
During this session,we will discuss your current situation, what you want to get out of coaching, get to know each other and explore your situation, strengths and challenges.
This includes a Sensory Matrix Assessment (Avaliable for Adults Only)
A Sensory Matrix Assessment is used to evaluate how individuals respond to different sensory inputs such as touch, sound, sight, taste, and movement in their environment. It helps identify sensory preferences and sensitivities, guiding personalised strategies to improve focus, comfort, and daily functioning.
This session will enable us to develop a clear direction and focus for your ongoing coaching sessions to ensure you get the best out of your coaching.
50 Minute Coaching and/or Consulting Session ‘Pay As You Go’ privately paying (£75)
A 50-Minute focused one-one coaching/consulting session on Zoom. This is where we start to explore your current life, strengths, goals and challenges. This will help you increase your self awareness, and enable you to find bespoke strategies to achieve the life you desire.

This is a flexible session, entirely based on your individual situation, and may involve psycho-education and learning how your neurodivergent conditions interplay and interact with each other. The sessions may therefore include both coaching and consulting dependant on the person.
We will explore areas you want to focus on and start to uncover your strengths, creativity, passions and talents and learn how to leverage them to reach your goals. We will look at strategies that work for your specific neurotype. As part of coaching, sensory inclusion assessments are also available to explore your sensory preferences and triggers and provide recommendations to support your sensory differences.
6-Week Coaching Package (£375)
Six 50-min sessions for the price of five, available after an Initial Consultation.
This package enables you to purchase 6 weeks of 50 Minute coaching and/or consulting sessions for the price of 5 if booked in advance.

Sensory Inclusion Assessments (£175)
Two-session package with written report.
Uses the PEO model (Person, Environment, Occupation). Helps understand sensory triggers, preferences, and strategies.
Only available to clients already in coaching with Tasha.
The sensory system is often an overlooked part of neuro-divergence, but understanding your sensory preferences and needs can be crucial when managing overwhelm, sensory overload, understanding your nervous system and help you to engage better at home, school or at work. The PEO model of assessment will help to identify and review sensory preferences and triggers and provide strategies to implement.
Please note: I cannot diagnose sensory based conditions such as Dyspraxia but I can screen for the likelihood of these and refer you onto a Sensory Integration Therapist if there is a need for diagnosis or ongoing and more intensive sensory support.
This also includes a Non diagnostic screening tool for motor challenges, dyspraxia
and postural difficulties, providing ‘safe for most’ strategies for these difficulties.
Identification of these will require further intervention by a Sensory Integration
Therapist.
Pick My Brain Session (£60)
50-min one-off Zoom with Tasha. A chance to ask specific questions about ADHD, Autism, Tourette’s, workplace adjustments, school supports, or strategies – without committing to ongoing coaching.

Screening Assessment for Tourettes (£220)
Two 1:1 sessions + full written report. Non-diagnostic, for supporting referrals or early identification.
I offer comprehensive screening assessments to identify signs of Tourette's Syndrome/ Tic Disorders.
These sessions are especially helpful for:
✔ Families and adults that are unsure of whether to begin the diagnostic journey and pursue a diagnosis.
✔ Children/ adults waiting on long NHS waiting lists that want some education, information and validation for what they are experiencing.
✔ Adults and parents looking to gather additional supporting information for school based support or SEN processes or workplace accommodations /workplace needs assessments.

You can choose between shorter 30-minute sessions for quick wins, or 1-hour sessions for more structured focus using the Pomodoro technique. Together, we’ll set clear goals and stay on track so you leave feeling productive and accomplished.
